CONCRETE SEALING

Many people ask why is the color of my stamped concrete look different from when it was done? In most cases it is that the sealer has faded. Decorative concrete is beautiful and can add value to a homes landscaping design, but to maintain that just done look you need to invest in a good sealer or company and reseal your concrete every so often. Depending on your concrete stamp work location and the winter weather we experience you may need to seal your concrete once ever 1 to 2 years. This is a normal practice. If you want to purchase a really good sealer and you are happy with the contractor 's sealer that was applied original we advise you con contact them. They can advise you on what they use, where to purchase it or in some cases they do the resealing at a charge. Another option is to contact a reputable company that does concrete sealing. They are great to use every so often because of the high pressure equipment and scrub brushes they use to wash the concrete. If you find that your concrete is looking too much like plastic and needs a refresh you may want to contact a company that does soda blasting. They will remove all remaining seal and give you a fresh base. Using soda blasting is not harmful to plants, pets or the environment.
